CHI-SHING and SHEUNG-YAU reveal to YIM KAN and TAK-YU respectively that KA-ZA doesn’t have enough money to buy Mrs LEE and Mrs SZE’s company shares. TAK-YU discusses the tutorial centre’s case with KA-ZA and KA-ZA wants to handle the case by himself. By taking the case, KA-ZA is trying to persuade his master TONG KWUN to buy the company shares of Mrs LEE and Mrs SZE. KA-ZA, TAK-YU and SHEUNG-YAU join the law union’s charity banquet together. They meet Lawyer CHOW and MAY there. KA-ZA tries to look for TONG KWUN in the restaurant but he discovers that Lawyer CHOW is chatting with TONG KWUN happily. KA-ZA discusses with Mrs LEE and Mrs SZE if he could buy their shares later. Mrs LEE reveals that she is planning to sell her shares to somebody already.
